Nearly every major city has a car dealership where you can buy here-pay here, more hints. These dealerships give customers with bad credit the option to purchase a car in their area and pay the weekly/monthly payment directly to them. This type of service doesn’t require credit checks and is open to anyone with good credit or no credit.
This service can be used for good or bad reasons. The best ones are:
* If you’re really in financial need, you can get a car with very little or no downpayment and good credit.
* A credit inquiry will not take place.
* While there is no interest in general, you will be paying more for your car than if the car were purchased at a regular dealership. This can be both a good and a bad thing.
* Part-time students can still get loans even if they have a job.
You wouldn’t choose to use this type of service for the following reasons:
* This method will result in a higher price for a car.
* They do NOT report to credit reporting agencies. This means that even if you pay all of your bills on time, your credit score will not be built.
* Because they do not check your credit, these dealerships need lots of information. They require your nearest relatives, your closest friend, two to three numbers to reach, proof of employment, etc.
If you are in an emergency and need a car, this service may be worth it. But if you are willing to wait and save some money for a downpayment you can save money and build your credit.
