No Bake Cheesecake – The easiest ever!
This is the recipe equivalent to a lazy Sunday afternoon. The ingredients are a premade graham-crumb crust, two softened packages of cream, half a cup or sugar, and a tablespoon of vanilla. Mix the sugar and vanilla with cream cheese until it is well combined. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust of the pie and place in the refrigerator for three to four hours. Add fresh strawberries, or drizzle chocolate syrup on top before serving. No one will suspect that you haven’t spent hours in the kitchen.

Pure bliss.
Fruit Salad with honey-Lime Dressing
Desserts aren’t always heavy. At times, fresh and light is the right way to do things. You can chop up any of your favorites fruits, such as strawberries, mangos, blueberries or kiwis. In a tiny bowl, combine honey, lime juice and zest. Then drizzle the dressing and toss the fruits gently. It’s a great way to finish any meal with a tangy sweetness.

Yogurt Berry Parfait
To make a sweet breakfast treat, or dessert light, combine Greek yogurt with honey. Add granola, fresh berries, and Greek yogurt to a tall glass. Then repeat the process until the top is reached. The cake looks stunning but is also very tasty.
Chocolate-Covered Pretzels
It’s hard to go wrong with this sweet-and-salty mix. The microwave can be used to melt semi-sweet choco chips. Stir every 30 secs until the chocolate is smooth. Then dip the pretzels rods and let the excess chocolate drip. Place them on waxed papers and allow the chocolate to set. If you want to add a little extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt and colored sprinkles on before the hardening chocolate.
